This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of Teramind’s market positioning, messaging framework, and brand narrative across all segments and regions.
• Position Teramind as the leading authority in insider threat detection, data loss prevention (DLP), and workforce analytics.
• Drive relationships with analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and manage the strategy for earned media.
• Create and expand a comprehensive demand generation engine that includes paid, organic, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner-driven channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and sales leadership to meet pipeline contribution targets.
• Lead marketing operations and attribution efforts, establishing reporting systems to link marketing investments to revenue outcomes.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to craft engaging product narratives, launch playbooks, and competitive intelligence initiatives.
• Equip the sales team with tailored messaging, battlecards, and marketing collateral for specific segments.
• Manage pricing communication and packaging strategies in partnership with Product and Finance teams.
• Supervise SEO/SEM strategies, enhance web presence, and oversee content marketing initiatives.
• Develop a thought leadership platform that amplifies Teramind’s executive voices and editorial credibility in cybersecurity and HR technology.
• Evaluate, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing global marketing team.
• Establish scalable processes and foster vendor/agency relationships to enhance team capacity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the executive team as a senior leader and strategic contributor.
• Over 10 years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a VP or CMO role.
• A proven history of scaling demand generation and pipeline within a SaaS or enterprise software context.
• In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity, DLP, insider threat, or related HR/workforce technology markets, or strong evidence of rapid domain mastery.
• Experience in building and managing distributed, high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong executive presence and communication abilities; capable of representing Teramind to customers, press, and analysts effectively.
• A data-driven mindset with practical expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, and ROI measurement.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue outcomes, not solely focusing on top-of-funnel metrics.
• Experience in marketing to Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), or compliance/legal buyers.
• Background in founder-led, private equity-backed, or late-stage growth organizations.
• Familiarity with Teramind’s competitive landscape, including companies such as Veriato, ObserveIT/Proofpoint, Forcepoint, and Microsoft Purview.
• International marketing experience across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM is a significant advantage.
