This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across various brands, geographic regions, and acquisition channels within the .com sector, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
• Uncover new growth avenues through market research, competitor assessments, customer insights, and brand positioning while continuously enhancing marketing performance across all areas.
• Define, track, and improve key commercial and marketing KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, CPA, LTV, NGR, bonus expenditures, and other essential performance indicators.
• Manage the marketing budget across multiple brands and markets, overseeing resource allocation, optimizing unit economics, and driving profitability through data-driven decision-making.
• Take full responsibility for marketing P&L, encompassing acquisition payback analysis, bonus cost management, and performance across the commercial funnel from GGR to Contribution Margin.
• Spearhead customer acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and affiliate channels, consistently enhancing traffic quality, acquisition efficiency, and long-term player value.
• Develop, nurture, and optimize strategic affiliate partnerships by negotiating commercial terms, assessing partner performance through cohort analysis, and managing RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid cooperation models.
• Lead and cultivate a multidisciplinary marketing organization that includes SEO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing, facilitating recruitment, coaching, performance management, and career progression.
• Foster a data-driven culture by collaborating closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, BI, and Design teams to prioritize growth initiatives, validate marketing hypotheses, and enhance overall business performance.
• Supervise the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging across all markets.
• Drive ongoing optimization of creative performance through structured A/B testing and close collaboration with Design and Product teams.
• Contribute to product strategy by aiding improvements in onboarding processes, promotional mechanics, retention features, bonus systems, and the overall player experience.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize the customer lifecycle through personalized communications, loyalty programs, and player reactivation strategies.
• Create executive-level reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations that facilitate informed business decisions.
• Represent the company at major international industry conferences and networking events while reinforcing relationships throughout the global iGaming ecosystem.
• Over 5 years of experience in iGaming or Sports Betting marketing, including at least 2 years in a Head of Marketing, CMO, or equivalent executive leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands, products, and international markets.
• Strong knowledge of the CIS (RuNet) and Latin American markets, including regional acquisition trends and customer behavior.
• Extensive practical expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and the iGaming affiliate ecosystem, encompassing RevShare, CPA, Hybrid partnership models, LTV-driven CPA calculations, and partner assessments using NGR cohort analysis.
• Experience managing marketing initiatives for brands within the .com segment, with a solid understanding of payment infrastructure, including P2P payments, cryptocurrency transactions, PSP rotation, and their effects on acquisition performance and deposit conversion.
• Proven track record of leading and developing cross-functional marketing teams of over 10 specialists, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage annual marketing budgets exceeding $1M, optimizing marketing investments, and making commercial decisions based on metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, NGR, and other unit economics.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4, Power BI, and internal BI solutions to support strategic decision-making and performance reporting.
• Solid understanding of product metrics and customer lifecycle management, with the capability to collaborate closely with Product and CRM teams on acquisition, retention, onboarding, promotional initiatives, and bonus mechanics.
• Prior experience representing a business at major international industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Fluent in English for daily business communications.
