This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive global brand strategy within the wealth management and investment sectors.
• Create a unique positioning aimed at high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), and institutional clients.
• Maintain consistency across various markets and communication platforms.
• Design targeted acquisition strategies specifically for HNWI, UHNWI, and family offices.
• Establish long-term, relationship-focused marketing funnels.
• Segment and customize outreach efforts for private investors and institutional partners.
• Oversee a multi-channel ecosystem that includes:
• Private events and exclusive forums.
• Strategic partnerships.
• Digital platforms and thought leadership initiatives.
• Ensure all communications convey a premium, discreet, and high-trust image.
• Cultivate relationships within financial ecosystems, family offices, and private banking networks.
• Lead prominent events, forums, and industry collaborations.
• Enhance presence in key global financial centers.
• Supervise the development of market insights, research, and content targeted at investors.
• Drive public relations strategy and enhance executive visibility.
• Position leadership as thought leaders in the industry.
• Direct digital marketing strategies (including web, SEO, campaigns, and investor communications).
• Implement data-driven key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance.
• Continually refine campaigns and client engagement strategies.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate with investment, product, and business development teams.
• Align marketing initiatives with revenue and client growth goals.
• Over 10 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles within the financial services sector (wealth management, private banking, fintech, asset management).
• Demonstrated success in marketing to HNWI and UHNWI audiences.
• Strong history of building premium brands and facilitating client acquisition.
• Experience with complex, low-awareness products or those with long sales cycles.
• Exposure to global or multi-market marketing campaigns.
• Solid background in partnerships, public relations, and high-profile events.
• Data-driven approach with expertise in marketing analytics.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in English is required.
