This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership and implement the comprehensive marketing strategy across all enterprise initiatives.
• Define brand positioning, Ideal Customer Profile messaging, and value propositions for each operational entity.
• Create scalable marketing infrastructure across the enterprise portfolio.
• Manage paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, email nurturing, social media, strategic partnerships, and campaign launches.
• Develop, refine, and enhance multi-channel acquisition funnels and lifecycle nurture automation.
• Formulate, allocate, and oversee the central marketing budget.
• Optimize the deployment of marketing capital towards high-yield acquisition channels.
• Design and sustain tracking systems for CAC, LTV, ROAS, pipeline velocity, and direct revenue contribution.
• Provide monthly executive reports on channel effectiveness, pipeline health, and top-line growth impact.
• Recruit, mentor, and organize the marketing team, contractors, and agency partners.
• Establish KPIs, workflow standards, and performance objectives for marketing team members.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in leading and building marketing teams.
• Proven success in developing and executing end-to-end strategies across paid media, organic channels, email automation, and funnels.
• Technical proficiency in paid advertising platforms, email marketing software, analytics, funnel builders, and AI workflow tools.
• Experience in managing enterprise marketing budgets and establishing ROI, CAC, LTV, and ROAS tracking models.
• Strategic leadership capabilities with hands-on oversight of multi-channel campaigns.
• Financial and analytical expertise linking marketing expenditure to unit economics and revenue.
• Proficiency in AI-driven tools and workflow automation.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in tax, finance/accounting, coaching, educational platforms, personal brands, or high-touch service businesses (preferred).
• Background in a shared-services or multi-entity enterprise framework (preferred).
