📋 Description

• Create and uphold a premier brand identity that aligns with the principles of privacy, exclusivity, and cultural authenticity.

• Guarantee complete brand uniformity across all interactions, from digital interfaces to physical property experiences and elite services.

• Establish TSK as a leading voice in the transformative travel sector, emphasizing the transition from conventional luxury to meaningful immersion.

• Supervise the marketing-driven elements of the TSK platform launch, enhancing user acquisition and retention for the exclusive membership base.

• Utilize data-driven insights to effectively engage the expanding population of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), estimated to grow by 70 individuals daily.

• Oversee high-level performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and tailored social media strategies designed for the ultra-wealthy clientele.

• Coordinate global public relations campaigns and secure features in prestigious luxury, business, and lifestyle publications.

• Forge high-level strategic alliances with luxury lifestyle brands, private aviation companies, and elite family offices.

• Manage prominent events and "invitation-only" brand activations in significant global markets.

• Lead the production of visually captivating, high-quality content (video, photography, editorial) that highlights TSK’s flagship properties and distinctive cultural experiences.

• Initiate "Storytelling" projects that connect lodging with the rich cultural heritage of TSK locations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Over 10 years in senior marketing leadership roles, particularly within the ultra-luxury sector (e.g., luxury hospitality, yachting, private aviation, or high-end fashion).

• Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the UHNWI mindset, purchasing behaviors, and media consumption trends.

• Digital Savvy: Demonstrated success in scaling high-end digital platforms or applications with an emphasis on premium user experience.

• Network: Established relationships with luxury media editors, influencers, and high-net-worth brand collaborators.

• Attributes: Possess a refined aesthetic sense, be a creative visionary, and maintain a "prize" mindset—recognizing that TSK is an exclusive destination for the most discerning travelers.
