
Chief Marketing – Commerce Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the company's marketing strategy, encompassing brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Spearhead the creation of integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and wholesale platforms.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and customer experience throughout all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to synchronize marketing initiatives with the company's growth objectives.
• Manage the performance and expansion of all direct-to-consumer channels, including eCommerce, drive-thru, and in-store kiosks.
• Define and implement a unified commerce strategy that integrates digital and physical retail.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversion rates, average order value, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Drive initiatives aimed at increasing transaction size, frequency, and overall customer spending.
• Oversee paid and organic acquisition channels, including digital advertising, SEO, and partnerships.
• Lead customer relationship management (CRM) and lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
• Develop segmentation strategies to enhance targeting, engagement, and retention.
• Optimize the entire customer journey from the initial interaction to repeat purchases.
• Supervise the performance and optimization of the eCommerce platform.
• Enhance site experience, navigation, product discovery, and conversion rates.
• Direct the digital merchandising strategy, including product presentation, promotions, and category structure.
• Initiate testing and personalization efforts to improve customer experience and revenue.
• Ensure alignment between digital and in-store experiences.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations to optimize drive-thru and kiosk performance.
• Support in-store initiatives that enhance customer experience and boost conversion rates.
• Align promotions, pricing, and merchandising strategies across all channels.
• Oversee the marketing and commerce technology stack, including CRM, eCommerce platforms, and analytics tools.
• Ensure system integration that supports a unified view of the customer.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor performance and guide decision-making.
• Utilize data to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and enhance efficiency.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across marketing, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics.
• Manage relationships with agency and vendor partners.
• Promote strong cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Establish clear priorities, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Over 10 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or digital commerce.
• More than 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing revenue or marketing performance.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth within a direct-to-consumer or omnichannel context.
• Experience in leading marketing and commerce functions or closely integrated teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience working collaboratively with operations, technology, and finance teams.
• Excellent executive communication and leadership presence.
