• Take ownership of the link between business requirements and technological results.

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and HR to identify genuine business needs.

• Convert field and customer challenges into effective system solutions.

• Create a definitive technology roadmap associated with growth, utilization, and EBITDA.

• Remove redundant systems, manual tasks, and data fragmentation.

• Develop tools that are efficient and user-friendly for branch and field teams.

• Oversee infrastructure, cloud environments, and ensure system uptime.

• Guarantee business continuity and preparedness for disaster recovery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles within industrial services, rental, construction, or asset-intensive environments.

• Familiarity with systems like RentalMan, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or comparable platforms.

• Demonstrated success in integrating systems across multiple site operations.

• Strong knowledge of field operations, fleet management, and service workflows.
