Co-Founder / CTO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of, develop, and manage your own startup in sectors such as Fintech.

• You will embark on a comprehensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders, following a fully tailored program to enhance your goal, time, and energy management.

• You will receive assistance in recruitment through our network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• You will benefit from intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.

• You will collaborate with us to refine your product until product-market fit is achieved, and you will receive support in establishing a sales force or creating a marketing engine as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or are open to relocation.

• You are prepared to take complete ownership of your startup and scale it to revenues exceeding €100M.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
