This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Deliver administrative and operational assistance to the CTO.
• Organize meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables utilizing project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
• Create reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment on operational priorities.
• Offer data-driven insights through reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong data orientation with experience in analytics, reporting, or performance metrics.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the capability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and distinguish between critical and non-essential tasks.
• Comfortable overseeing multiple projects at once.
• Fluent in both Lithuanian and English.
