This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement AGCI's growth strategy in alignment with the organization's priorities, mission goals, and long-term sustainability.
• Cultivate and enhance growth capabilities throughout AGCI's global operations, including audience development, constituent engagement, brand stewardship, communications, growth analytics, and field enablement.
• Identify avenues to broaden organizational reach, intensify engagement, and fortify constituent relationships.
• Create scalable systems, governance practices, operating mechanisms, frameworks, tools, standards, and support systems for sustainable growth.
• Act as the executive steward of brand strategy, messaging architecture, constituent experience standards, and the organization's reputation.
• Establish governance for communication, brand standards, and messaging frameworks across the organization.
• Align brand, communications, content, digital engagement, and audience development strategies with growth objectives.
• Enhance organizational visibility, awareness, and engagement among key audiences and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer on constituent acquisition, donor engagement, retention, lifetime value, and revenue growth.
• Support enterprise planning and resource distribution through growth forecasting, performance insights, and audience intelligence.
• Serve on the Executive Team, contributing to enterprise strategy, governance, operational alignment, and cross-functional decisions.
• Provide counsel to the President and Executive Team regarding growth opportunities, constituent trends, market dynamics, and organizational performance.
• Lead and nurture the marketing and growth function.
• Oversee a team of seven employees, including managing departmental budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Build leadership capacity, organizational capabilities, and scalable systems.
• Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, data-informed decision-making, and mission-driven execution.
• Travel domestically up to 10% and internationally up to 5% as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline.
• 12 or more years of increasingly responsible leadership experience in marketing, growth, communications, fundraising, business development, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading organizational growth strategies, brand development, audience expansion, and market positioning initiatives.
• Experience in integrating marketing, fundraising, communications, digital engagement, and customer or constituent experience functions.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and scaling systems, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in utilizing data, analytics, and performance measurement to guide strategy and achieve measurable results.
• Proven executive leadership in growth strategy, marketing, brand stewardship, and organizational development.
• Expertise in audience development, constituent experience, digital engagement, constituent lifecycle strategy, and revenue enablement.
• Ability to develop organizational capabilities, governance models, and operating frameworks for sustainable enterprise growth.
• Capacity to create and implement enterprise-wide growth strategies that drive constituent acquisition, engagement, retention, and organizational impact.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data, analytics, and market intelligence into strategic decisions.
• Skill in establishing KPIs and measuring organizational growth and marketing effectiveness.
• Ability to influence executive-level decision-making and lead through collaboration and influence.
• Capability to guide through influence within a complex, global, and matrixed organization.
• Proven success in aligning diverse teams, developing scalable systems, and driving organizational change and growth.
• Proficient in effective communication across cultures and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, executive presence, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Competency in planning, administering, and reporting budgets.
• Advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, reporting, project management, presentations, databases, internet, and email.
• Knowledge and experience with AGCI’s adoption database/software and Donor Perfect fundraising database/software.
• Ability to manage confidential information and tackle complex problems.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and appropriate travel documentation.
• Must successfully pass an extensive criminal background check.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Must agree to and adhere to All God's Children International’s Statement of Faith.
• Must be able to work with frequent computer usage and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
