Chief Financial Officer – PE-Backed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the finance department during the post-merger integration process.

• Enhance reporting capabilities, controls, and ensure audit preparedness.

• Collaborate with the CEO, Board, and sponsors to optimize margins.

• Manage cash forecasting, lender communications, and covenant oversight.

• Monitor KPIs related to utilization, margins, pricing, and growth metrics.

• Assist in planning for future acquisitions and their integration.

• Develop a scalable finance team and establish a consistent operational rhythm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or in senior finance leadership roles.

• Background in PE-backed organizations.

• Experience in B2B professional services or finance within service-oriented businesses.

• Familiarity with multi-entity finance operations.

• Exposure to international finance practices.

• Experience in M&A integration processes.

• Proven track record in building accounting, FP&A, or finance operations teams.
