Chief Financial Officer, Business Unit Moulded Glass

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the BU CEO on all financial and strategic issues.

• Develop and implement the financial strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and shareholder expectations.

• Lead strategic initiatives such as portfolio optimization, investments, and growth initiatives.

• Take full responsibility for M&A activities, encompassing evaluation, execution, and integration/separation processes.

• Foster transparency and enhance performance management through comprehensive KPI frameworks and business reviews.

• Identify and implement initiatives aimed at margin improvement, cost efficiency, and cash optimization.

• Ensure disciplined capital allocation and decision-making based on value.

• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning activities.

• Manage liquidity, cash flow, and capital structure in accordance with Group guidelines.

• Lead, develop, and transform an international finance organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Over 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience in an international industrial or manufacturing sector.

• Demonstrated success in strategic finance, business partnering, and organizational transformation.

• Strong experience in M&A and capital markets is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to function effectively within complex, matrixed organizations.
