Chief Financial Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the financial strategy and budgeting for the company.

• Deliver data-informed insights and strategic advice to the CEO and Board of Directors.

• Supervise financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, and cash management.

• Develop and uphold systems and processes that facilitate scalability.

• Ensure financial discipline, implement cost controls, and promote efficiency throughout departments.

• Collaborate with the CEO and investors on capital raising initiatives.

• Establish and nurture relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners.

• Direct due diligence activities.

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.

• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and ongoing improvement.

• Oversee teams responsible for FP&A, Accounting, and Human Resources.

• Support the CEO with key strategic projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a CFO in a fast-growing SaaS or technology organization.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• In-depth understanding of SaaS metrics such as Net Dollar Retention (NDR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and payback periods.

• Experience in fundraising, managing investor relations, and facilitating M&A transactions.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge, encompassing GAAP and revenue recognition principles.

• Familiarity with ERP and financial management systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required.

• An MBA is highly preferred.
