Chief Financial Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Co-Founders and executive team to convert the company's strategy into definitive financial priorities, operational plans, and investment choices.

• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash management, capital distribution, and overall company performance management.

• Offer transparent insights into the business drivers, including unit economics, contribution margin, channel profitability, customer acquisition, inventory, and working capital.

• Work alongside Growth, eCommerce, Retail, and Operations to assess opportunities, enhance performance, and reinforce financial accountability.

• Build and nurture the finance team, systems, processes, and reporting framework essential for ongoing scalability.

• Direct the financial workstreams for upcoming strategic transactions and act as the main finance liaison to L Catterton, lenders, and external advisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a scaled, high-growth consumer business.

• Extensive experience with DTC, eCommerce, retail, subscription, inventory, and performance marketing business models.

• Comprehensive financial leadership experience encompassing FP&A, accounting, cash and working capital management, controls, and capital allocation.

• Proven track record of building finance teams and infrastructure during periods of rapid growth and increasing complexity.

• Strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with founders and cross-functional executives.

• Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a private equity-backed or sponsor-backed setting.

• Experience in facilitating a successful sale, recapitalization, or other significant strategic transactions.
