📋 Description

• Lead equity fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with investors.

• Create and analyze financial models and forecasts.

• Assist in making informed investment decisions.

• Oversee the international financial framework.

• Establish and enforce controls, reporting mechanisms, and audit processes.

• Direct the tax strategy effectively.

• Deliver financial insights and develop performance dashboards.

• Track and assess key performance indicators such as burn rate and ROI.

• Administer the profit and loss statements across various business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years in progressive financial leadership roles, including at least 5 years as a CFO or VP of Finance in luxury hospitality, real estate private equity, or high-growth technology sectors.

• Capital Markets: Demonstrated success in securing $10M+ funding rounds and managing investor relations effectively.

• International Expertise: Experience in overseeing global financial operations and navigating complex cross-border tax and legal structures.

• Education: CPA or MBA in Finance from a prestigious institution is highly preferred.
