This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the roll-up platform.
• Create an operational model capable of supporting swift M&A activities, integration, and scalability.
• Collaborate with private equity sponsors to align on key value drivers, investment focuses, and exit strategies.
• Spearhead the integration of acquired retail and food & beverage businesses, ensuring cultural harmony, operational discipline, and brand consistency.
• Develop playbooks for finance, HR, operations, supply chain, marketing, and technology integration.
• Manage a multi-brand, multi-unit operational framework with a relentless emphasis on unit economics, margins, labor efficiency, and guest experience.
• Implement top-tier processes and KPIs across all brands.
• Foster cross-brand synergies in supply chain, procurement, marketing, and general administrative functions.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial outcomes across all brands.
• Facilitate EBITDA growth through operational enhancements, integration efficiencies, and disciplined cost management.
• Deliver transparent reporting and insights to the Board and private equity sponsors.
• Enhance the customer experience across both retail and food & beverage sectors.
• Direct new unit development across various markets while optimizing current store portfolios.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new market entry, brand expansion, and digital growth.
• Over 15 years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, food & beverage, hospitality, franchising, or consumer services.
• Extensive experience collaborating with private equity and leading organizations backed by PE.
• Demonstrated success in M&A integration, roll-ups, restructuring, or platform development.
• Profound operational expertise with a history of enhancing unit-level performance.
• Strong financial insight and P&L accountability within large, complex organizations.
• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities with a talent for building high-performing teams.
• Experience in scaling from multi-unit to multi-brand settings is preferred.
• Capacity to manage rapid growth, ambiguity, and pressure with clarity and discipline.
