Chief Executive Officer – Pool Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement the long-term vision, mission, and strategic growth plan for the company.

• Recognize and pursue opportunities for expanding services, markets, and geographic presence.

• Assess M&A, partnerships, and diversification prospects to boost growth and service offerings.

• Manage daily operations across various service lines.

• Promote standardization, efficiency, and scalability in processes and systems.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and industry standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a CEO, President, COO, or senior executive in the pool services sector.

• Strong expertise in managing multi-service operations and scaling businesses across multiple locations or divisions.

• Proven success in overseeing P&L of $50M+ is preferred.

• Experience in leading M&A, growth strategies, or large-scale expansions.

• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and operational discipline.
