Chief Executive Officer – Highway Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide vision and leadership to propel the company’s next stage of growth.

• Oversee the strategic direction, financial health, and operational excellence of the organization.

• Identify and implement growth strategies in new geographic areas and service lines.

• Manage the bidding processes for contracts related to public and private projects.

• Lead potential acquisitions to enhance market share.

• Oversee capital expenditures for specialized equipment.

• Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.

• Hold full accountability for revenue growth and EBITDA margins.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15+ years of executive leadership experience in Heavy Civil Construction, Traffic Safety, or Infrastructure Maintenance.

• Extensive knowledge of liquid/thermoplastic markings, reflective sign standards, and work-zone logistics.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business (MBA preferred).
