• Engage & Implement — Become a high-EQ growth partner within organizations. You will establish strategies and drive execution, rather than merely providing advice.

• Analyze & Enhance — Swiftly detect revenue leaks, operational challenges, and structural inefficiencies — and work to eliminate them.

• Promote Accountability — Transform business chaos into clear, actionable plans and ensure stakeholders are held accountable for their execution.

• Increase Enterprise Value — Maintain a relentless focus on profitability, cash flow, and execution discipline to effectively scale businesses in the real world.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience as a CEO, President, COO, or senior operating executive.

• A demonstrated history of successfully scaling businesses within the $5M–$35M+ range.

• Experience in coaching, advising, and challenging business owners on growth strategies, rather than merely reporting to boards.

• Strong diagnostic skills to assess a business, quickly identify issues, and prioritize actions that significantly impact performance.

• A leadership approach based on total ownership, effective execution, and radical transparency.
