📋 Description

• Take charge of TVL growth by managing token demand, staking, and vault deposits — and establish, monitor, and report on the growth and financial metrics that drive it.

• Oversee the entire capital formation process — secure Series A funding from crypto-native investors while obtaining the seed liquidity and incentive capital necessary to initiate and maintain TVL.

• Manage the FISC token economy and capital-markets strategy — including tokenomics, emissions, points and incentive programs, liquidity mining, and bribe-market deployment.

• Enhance and expand the curator and risk pipeline — transform warm relationships into active, endorsed integrations. Trust from curators is the key to the protocol's conversion success.

• Develop the capital stack beyond initial fundraising — engage with crypto hedge funds, LPs, and ecosystem partners today; attract institutional and traditional finance allocators as the platform evolves.

• Represent Bitcoin Dollar and FISC publicly — participating in conferences, podcasts, Twitter Spaces, and forums — while conveying a credible and transparent narrative.

• Propel the trust-infrastructure agenda — implement real-time Proof of Reserves, secure listings on DeFiLlama and aggregators, conduct public risk assessments, and obtain curator endorsements — while forging integrations (with Pendle, Morpho, Aave, and cross-chain) that enhance sBTCD composability and distribution.

• Lead a small, senior team — hire selectively, establish operating rhythms, manage runway and burn rates, and guide the long-term roadmap towards the multi-asset "Dollar" family, FISC seasons, and DAO governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of driving measurable TVL or AUM growth at a DeFi protocol, supported by specific, defensible metrics.

• Extensive fluency in crypto capital markets — encompassing tokenomics and incentive design, lending markets, vaults, leverage, PT/YT and bribe markets, liquidity provisioning, and on-chain analytics.

• Established and credible relationships with curators and risk firms, demonstrating the ability to convert skeptics into active integrations.

• Experience in fundraising — you have successfully raised from crypto VCs and/or allocated as an investor and are capable of leading a Series A round.

• Strong public presence — comfortable being the recognized face of a protocol on stage, in podcasts, and on X — adept at explaining novel yield and rebalancing mechanics to a discerning and skeptical audience.

• A player-coach who excels in a hands-on role within a senior team of fewer than 20 people, focused on building the playbook rather than managing a large organization.

• High integrity and conviction, genuine comfort with token-weighted compensation and early-stage uncertainty, along with sound regulatory awareness as the public executive of a Cayman non-profit foundation and token issuer.
