This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of the overall revenue target and develop the commercial organization encompassing enterprise sales, partnerships, and revenue operations, establishing objectives, structure, and hiring strategies to transition from initial commercial success to sustainable growth.
β’ Create and implement a go-to-market strategy tailored to Medeloop's primary segments (healthcare providers, payers, government, academia, and life sciences), which includes market segmentation, pricing strategies, packaging, and revenue forecasting.
β’ Personally spearhead and finalize key, high-value enterprise agreements and anchor accounts, subsequently documenting successful approaches into a repeatable sales process that the team can adopt.
β’ Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and channel relationships (including cloud and platform partners, health systems, and ecosystem partners) that broaden reach and enhance the sales pipeline.
β’ Establish commercial operational discipline by ensuring accurate forecasting, effective pipeline management, deal governance, and providing the metrics and reporting necessary for informed decision-making by the board and leadership.
β’ Act as a critical feedback mechanism for Product and leadership, converting market signals and customer requirements into product development and roadmap priorities.
β’ Over 15 years of commercial leadership experience, with a proven history of building and scaling revenue at high-growth B2B organizations in data-driven or regulated sectors (such as healthcare, life sciences, health tech, or related fields).
β’ Demonstrated success in owning revenue targets and leading enterprise/consultative sales initiatives directed towards healthcare providers, payers, government, or research institutions.
β’ Proven capability to formulate strategies and execute them hands-on, including the establishment and leadership of commercial teams from early development through growth phases.
β’ Strong understanding of go-to-market principles: market segmentation, pricing and packaging strategies, forecasting, and commercial operations.
β’ Experience in building strategic partnerships and channel relationships is highly desirable.
β’ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, early-stage environment characterized by streamlined processes, rapid decision-making, and effective execution.
