This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee and execute CWM removal under a FFP or CPFF contract for USACE.
• Create intricate technical strategies and competitive pricing for the identification and extraction of CWM and/or standard munitions.
• Develop CWM work plans and timelines, oversee budgets and quality, and lead field teams during removal operations on-site.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology, or a related earth science field.
• Over 10 years of experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, as a Project Manager for federal projects, or a demonstrated equivalent of experience and/or education.
• US citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the work.
• Experience with USACE MMRP in executing CWM remediation operations is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of USACE EP 75-1-3 and experience with a DDESB-approved Chemical Safety Submission (CSS).
• A minimum of 5 years managing CWM task order work for the USACE Huntsville Center is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational management skills and the capacity to perform detail-oriented tasks.
• Experience with MMR programs, including CWM and advanced geophysical classification.
• Background in managing CWM projects for the USACE Huntsville Center and/or Redstone Arsenal.
• Proven skills in proposal writing.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively market and secure work.
• Advanced understanding of DoD and USACE MMR focusing on CWM requirements and processes.
