This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Currently, we support over 6,000 accounting firms across France.

• Our goal is to transition an increasing number of them to Pennylane.

• The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supervising and coordinating all activities related to the implementation of the pilot phase of the Pennylane project, including planning, coordination, communication, initial support, workshop facilitation, development of the client and collaborator onboarding strategy, and analysis of the project's technical phases.

• During the deployment phase, the Project Manager is central to successfully transitioning from the pilot phase to the full utilization of the tool by collaborators and clients, involving planning, coordination, and resource management.

• Build and maintain a trusting relationship with our partners to ensure the pilot's success and facilitate deployment under optimal conditions.

• The Project Manager team collaborates closely with the sales team to devise a strategic local approach targeting firms within the same region, creating an enriching environment through engagement with a diverse regional accounting ecosystem.

• As a Project Manager at Pennylane, your role will encompass three main dimensions: Client Relations, Project Management, and Resource Management.

• You have experience in an accounting firm, auditing, consulting, startups/scale-ups, or businesses.

• You possess solid accounting fundamentals without necessarily being an expert.

• You have a keen interest in technology.

• You are equipped with a sharp critical and analytical mindset, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Dynamic and persuasive, you enjoy challenges and are results-oriented.
