This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oman.
• Oversee all operations within the Restaurant Kitchen area.
• Create and uphold the culinary concepts and standards for food preparation and presentation at the restaurant.
• Stay informed about the local market and suggest menu modifications based on seasonal product availability.
• Meet departmental budget objectives and reduce food costs.
• Comply with Anantara's food preparation and presentation standards.
• Ensure food safety and protection measures are maintained.
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts of business demands.
• Ensure the safety of the outlet at all times.
• Manage the assets of all outlet properties and facilities.
• Conduct monthly preventive maintenance inspections.
• Lead and actively engage in departmental training initiatives.
• Oversee all team members, including recruitment and disciplinary actions.
• Foster positive relations between departments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Italian Cuisine.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
