This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Manage live chat inquiries on the NoGigiddy platform, ensuring responses meet SLA targets.
β’ Oversee and engage with user posts in community spaces such as Discord, Facebook Group, and social media comments.
β’ Accurately and warmly resolve common issues related to offers, account problems, and navigation assistance.
β’ Document and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team.
β’ Contribute to the knowledge base of the help center.
β’ Identify and report trends in user issues or feedback to the product and content teams.
β’ Ensure a consistent tone and quality across all support interactions.
β’ A formal degree is not necessary.
β’ Quick and precise typing skills are essential, as live chat can be fast-paced.
β’ Exceptional written communication abilities are required β clarity and empathy are key.
β’ Capable of managing multiple conversations at once without compromising on quality.
β’ Must be patient with frustrated users β you should de-escalate rather than match their energy.
β’ Familiarity with support or chat tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp, or similar platforms is a plus.
β’ Competitive hourly pay ranging from $15 to $21 per hour.
