Chassis Design & Release Engineer, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the engineering, design, development, timing, and production launch of chassis components and systems.

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to guarantee precise design and development of interior systems.

• Play a key role in the ongoing enhancement of the design and release processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in reviewing, validating, and releasing designs for automotive components (specifically chassis components).

• Proficiency in CATIA V5/3DX or NX for 3D/2D model evaluations.

• Familiarity with PLM (Teamcenter) for documentation and release management.

• Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

• Experience managing PBOM, eBOM, DVP&R, and technical documentation.

• Intermediate to advanced English skills (technical comprehension and communication with international teams).
