Charter Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the recruitment, training, and daily operations of the Sales Team

• Guide teams to surpass revenue targets through ad-hoc charter sales and strategic alliances

• Achieve individual sales quotas

• Explore and design initiatives to enhance efficiency in the sales process

• Identify and secure strategic partnerships within the 135 industry

• Manage and cultivate existing partnerships

• Mentor and develop charter sales executives for ongoing professional advancement

• Collaborate with the executive team, operational teams, and marketing to expand revenue channels

• Execute supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations

• Assist in establishing and implementing departmental targets, goals, and KPIs

• Support the Marketing team in ensuring the accuracy and relevance of marketing support materials

• Stay informed about company and competitor product offerings

• Represent the organization in a professional manner at trade shows and industry events

• Be available to work or respond via phone and e-mail during irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Travel for this role may reach up to 40% of the time, including out-of-state and overnight trips


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury charter sales and/or revenue management

• 3 years of leadership experience at a Part 135 charter operator

• Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities

• Familiarity with Avinode, FL3XX, or comparable flight management software

• Outstanding negotiation skills and the capacity to problem-solve on the spot

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret and drive outcomes

• Solution-oriented – identifies problems and proposes solutions

• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
