This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of pricing, fleet management, and ICAO destination codes to promptly and accurately address Private Jet Charter inquiries.
• Process inquiries, ensuring aircraft availability, quoting, and executing charter contracts efficiently.
• Engage in proactive and consistent follow-ups on client quotes to facilitate booking sales.
• Build and sustain relationships with Private Jet Charter Brokers to promote repeat charter requests.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams on logistics for successful trips.
• Identify opportunities to enhance schedule efficiency and adapt to shifting schedule demands.
• Keep accurate flight schedule and availability data updated in Avinode.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales revenue targets, encompassing revenue, trip count, and close-ratio KPIs.
• Market point-to-point or round-trip charters.
• Adhere to established processes and procedures while remaining flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Manage confidential and proprietary information responsibly.
• Operate autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, detail-oriented remote setting.
• Prior experience in the private aviation/charter sector is essential.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Familiarity with ICAO airport/destination codes is necessary.
• Understanding of 14 CFR 135 and 91 regulations is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient computer skills are necessary.
• Familiarity with other Part 135 operators and their equipment is advantageous.
• Proven ability to sell and close deals effectively.
• A strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment is crucial.
• A customer service-driven and relationship-focused approach is essential.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Submission to a drug screen and background check is mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience with FMS systems are preferred.
• An operational background is a plus.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform under pressure is necessary.
• Flexibility to accommodate a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and last-minute changes is required.
