
Chargemaster and Coding Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as the chargemaster subject matter expert for all USPh entities within the organization.
• Annually maintain and update pricing for new CPT Codes.
• Address and resolve coding discrepancies.
• Analyze denial trends.
• Determine financial class classifications.
• Update Medicare expected amounts on an annual basis.
• Review and revise state WC and auto expected amounts across the nation.
• Review and disseminate health plan updates to partnerships and operations.
• Collaborate with Managed Care, Clinical Compliance, and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or math is preferred, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Certified coder.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience overseeing all charge master functions, which includes pricing coding, fee schedule analysis, and pricing rationale.
• Experience working in a decentralized environment with multiple Tax IDs.
• Outpatient physical and occupational experience is not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required, including Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, and Outlook.
