This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the specialized and proprietary Big Data charge capture functionalities of the Charge Integrity SaaS solution.

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the Charge Integrity SaaS Solution delivers exceptional value to each client.

• Conducting updates and ongoing maintenance to data elements that utilize applied mathematics to detect missed charges and coding discrepancies.

• Employing SQL for the updating and maintenance of evidence-based charge integrity rules.

• Providing recommendations and assistance in the implementation of solutions for complex challenges.

• Actively participating in relevant meetings, discussions, and other undertakings related to the performance of the Charge Integrity SaaS Solution.

• Effectively executing project work plans while maintaining the flexibility to revise them as dictated by changing needs and/or requirements.

• Staying engaged within the healthcare sector regarding charging practices to ensure continuous awareness of best practices, emerging trends, and industry standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher is required.

• Proficient in analyzing large datasets, recognizing patterns, and prioritizing findings.

• Exhibits strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, demonstrates sound judgment, and shows commitment to teamwork.

• Highly self-driven, with a strong desire for success and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with charge capture terminology and best practices.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Skilled in multitasking and establishing priorities.

• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to capture and manipulate data proficiently in MS Excel spreadsheets.

• Understanding of SQL and database structures.

• Experience in revenue integrity, revenue cycle, or healthcare coding.
