• Develop top-notch character models (including hero characters, NPCs, creatures, etc.) throughout all stages: sculpting, retopology, UV mapping, baking, texturing, and engine integration.
• Ensure strong visual coherence with the artistic direction of the project.
• Create textures, materials, and shader configurations that achieve a balance between visual quality and performance needs.
• Work collaboratively with Technical Art and Animation teams to address skinning, deformation, and character performance challenges.
• Be receptive to feedback and constructive criticism regarding submissions and workflows.
• An ego-free, highly driven, action-oriented individual with a curiosity for learning and a growth mindset.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous and unstructured environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in character art pipelines: sculpting, retopology, UV unwrapping, baking, and texturing.
• Experience in shipping at least one AA+ title.
• Proficiency with hard-surface character components (such as armor, robotics, cybernetics, etc.).
• Familiarity with rigging tools and skinning processes.
