Chaplain – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Acts as a messenger and representative of faith, mission, and purpose.

• Engages with companies, their staff, and the community.

• Conducts regular visits to company worksites to connect with employees.

• Offers referral services and coordinates specialized assistance.

• May support the planning, conducting, or attending of funerals.

• Collaborates with companies to deliver notifications of death.

• May provide post-termination support for laid-off or terminated employees.

• Participates in new employee orientation to describe the Employee Care Service.

• Responds positively and proactively to additional duties requested by leadership.

• Ability to collaborate as a member of an interdisciplinary team and in an interfaith environment.

• Skills to listen effectively and engage with clients, employees, and their families.

• Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle.

• Proven excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze information to identify and address problems or objectives.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or other comparable software.

• Active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance required.
