This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Process warranty-related information in designated databases with minimal supervision.
• Respond to requests promptly, conducting due diligence checks before making updates.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect information necessary for accurate request processing.
• Oversee the One-Off Authorization inbox, Templates, and Rules, addressing or redirecting extra email traffic.
• Effectively communicate with the Channel Readiness and Training teams to document training requirements and availability.
• Serve as the administrator for all Special Trainings – create classes in CST, track enrollments, send training links to participants, and close courses.
• Ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with Cummins systems and processes is preferred.
• Warranty experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent secondary education completion certificate or relevant experience.
