β’ Recruit and onboard new Channel Solutions and Domain Consultants within the region, ensuring the acquisition of top talent in the industry.
β’ Responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of team members.
β’ Assist the partner Solutions Consultant team in navigating complex evaluations, problem-solving, and challenging customer situations.
β’ Define, develop, and oversee individual development plans for team members.
β’ Provide strong technical leadership during customer interactions.
β’ Propel Palo Alto Networks Platformization initiatives within your accounts.
β’ Serve as an escalation point to collaborate effectively with both pre-sales and post-sales teams.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with key customers.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
β’ Background as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
β’ Prior experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
β’ Familiarity with working alongside Resellers, Distributors, or MSSPs.
β’ Knowledge of industry trends in the security product market.
β’ Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing solutions in areas such as Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
β’ Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation abilities.
β’ A quota-driven mindset, aiming to be a trusted advisor to partners.
β’ Proficient in English.
