This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Recruit and onboard new Channel Solutions and Domain Consultants within the region, ensuring the acquisition of top talent in the industry.
• Responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of team members.
• Assist the partner Solutions Consultant team in navigating complex evaluations, problem-solving, and challenging customer situations.
• Define, develop, and oversee individual development plans for team members.
• Provide strong technical leadership during customer interactions.
• Propel Palo Alto Networks Platformization initiatives within your accounts.
• Serve as an escalation point to collaborate effectively with both pre-sales and post-sales teams.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key customers.
• A minimum of 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Background as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
• Prior experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Familiarity with working alongside Resellers, Distributors, or MSSPs.
• Knowledge of industry trends in the security product market.
• Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing solutions in areas such as Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation abilities.
• A quota-driven mindset, aiming to be a trusted advisor to partners.
• Proficient in English.
