This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Leading strategic and innovative initiatives to enhance our overall value to partners, which includes the revenue generated from product sales, renewals, and cross-selling of additional products.
• Creating go-to-market (GTM) alignment and business plans that correspond with the partner's GTM and establish clear financial objectives.
• Collaborating with various personas within the partner organization, such as senior leadership, architects, GTM, Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams.
• Allocating leads to essential partners and monitoring their progress to closure.
• Designing programs that provide solutions to the partner's customer base.
• Integrating Riverbed into the partners’ reference architecture.
• Developing a UK-centric strategy and plan, primarily focused on the DEX/User Experience Market.
• Actively collaborating with Riverbed’s Observability Sales teams to generate additional revenue through account planning.
• Facilitating portfolio training and other initiatives to enhance engagement with the partner’s sales team.
• Recognizing the key goals and objectives of partners and establishing agreed-upon mutual goals and alignment.
• 5-10+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience surpassing targeted goals.
• Proven track record in selling high-end software solutions, employing value-based selling techniques, and integrating software into complex multi-million dollar contracts.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities coupled with a strong sense of urgency to drive revenue growth.
• Results-oriented, with comfort in presenting measurable outcomes on a quarterly basis.
• Innovative thinking skills necessary to resolve channel conflicts while fostering partner relationships.
• Proficiency in business planning.
