This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Generate new business opportunities with end customers that will be realized through our partner channel.
• Achieve or surpass designated revenue and project targets related to Avigilon products and services.
• Market and promote Avigilon’s offerings within the designated territory and specific accounts.
• Assist Avigilon’s sales initiatives in the assigned territory and accounts by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales leads for Avigilon’s products and services.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales calls, organize local promotional activities, and monitor sales efforts.
• Focus will be on the development of new accounts.
• Collaborate with vertical marketing teams to identify opportunities for end user engagement through associations, conferences, and trade shows.
• Lead the development of video and analytics solutions that effectively address end-user requirements, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
• Daily prospecting utilizing all available tools will be crucial for the success of this role.
• Achieve “Trusted Advisor” status with customers and Channel Partners to facilitate enhanced System and Business Development.
• Conduct sales forecasting as needed.
• Maintain CRM data for the development of new and existing accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical solutions sales.
• Experience in physical security solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with channel strategies and initiatives is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to articulate our products and solutions.
• Capability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results and fostering collaborative relationships.
• A solid understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is essential.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
• Strong time management skills are necessary, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft and Google Apps, particularly Excel/Sheets.
• Exceptional presentation skills are required.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level.
• Willingness to travel weekly within the territory (approximately 50% of the time).
