This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Generate new business with end customers to be fulfilled through our partner channel.
• Achieve or surpass assigned revenue and project targets focused on Avigilon products and services.
• Market and promote Avigilon’s offerings within the designated territory and specific accounts.
• Assist in Avigilon’s sales efforts in the assigned area and accounts by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for Avigilon’s products and services.
• Establish and oversee a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional activities, and monitor sales efforts.
• A primary focus will be on developing new accounts.
• Collaborate with vertical marketing teams to pinpoint user engagement opportunities through associations, conferences, and trade shows.
• Lead the development of video and analytics solutions that effectively meet end-user needs, coordinating the involvement of all required company and partner personnel.
• Daily prospecting using all available tools will be crucial for success in this role.
• Attain “Trusted Advisor” status with customers and Channel Partners to facilitate enhanced System and Business Development.
• Perform sales forecasting as necessary.
• Maintain CRM data for the development of new and existing accounts.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical solutions sales.
• Experience with physical security solutions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with channel strategies and initiatives is required.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to effectively communicate about our products and solutions.
• Capability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Proven track record of delivering sales results and fostering collaborative relationships.
• A solid understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is essential.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
• Strong time management skills are essential, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft and Google Apps, particularly Excel/Sheets.
• Exceptional presentation abilities.
• Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency in learning and demonstrating new software.
• Willingness to travel weekly within the territory (approximately 50% of travel required).
• Having an established client base in the assigned territory is a plus.
