This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Establish and enhance technical relationships with channel partners, empowering them to effectively position, demonstrate, and implement Cohesity solutions.
• Drive technical successes by identifying channel business challenges, performing discovery, and aligning Cohesity solutions with channel needs.
• Provide engaging product demonstrations, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive briefings that convey both technical capabilities and business value.
• Design and oversee Proof of Concepts (POCs), evaluations, and validation efforts that highlight the benefits of Cohesity's cyber resilience and data security offerings.
• Collaborate with channel partners and customers to formulate solution strategies that accelerate opportunities and foster revenue growth.
• Serve as a trusted technical consultant to partners, offering expertise on data protection, cyber recovery, cloud technologies, virtualization, and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
• Champion the channel by collaborating with Channel teams, Product Management, and Engineering teams, relaying field feedback, feature requests, competitive insights, and market trends.
• Provide ongoing support to the channel throughout the sales lifecycle, including planning, implementation guidance, and post-sales technical engagement as required.
• Create and implement partner enablement plans that enhance technical proficiency and assist partners in independently positioning and selling Cohesity solutions.
• 8-10 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer (SE).
• Experience collaborating with channel partners, VARs, systems integrators, distributors, MSPs, or strategic technology alliances.
• Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, data protection, storage, or cyber resilience technologies across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of data security principles, including ransomware resilience, immutable storage, encryption, and access controls.
• Familiarity with competitive technologies and a desire to enhance competitive positioning skills.
• Experience in supporting proofs of concept, evaluations, and technical decision-making processes.
• Ability to articulate technical architecture into clear customer value and business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with Account Executives to facilitate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools to improve productivity, optimize workflows, and aid in decision-making.
• Understanding of enterprise purchasing processes and deal dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• A collaborative mindset with the capability to manage complex customer situations professionally and confidently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Industry certifications in cloud, data, or related technologies are beneficial.
• Must have proficiency in the English language (ability to interact fluently in speaking, reading, and writing in a professional context).
