This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Driving new business opportunities for Shift4 by prospecting and signing new partners.
• Key player in developing and executing strategies to achieve sales performance goals and maximize growth.
• Actively engaging in prospecting activities, attending trade shows, conferences, and conducting on-site meetings/visits.
• Responsible for creating, negotiating, and finalizing commercial agreements with new partners.
• Collaborating with the API/Integrations team to support new partners during their integration and certification with Shift4.
• Training new and existing partners on Shift4's products, services, and sales processes.
• Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce regarding the partner merchant base.
• Showcasing strong cross-functional collaboration with teams in sales, marketing, finance, customer care, product development, and technology operations.
• Ensuring that all documentation, training materials, paperwork, and other necessary items are processed to complete the onboarding process.
• Over 5 years of experience in Channel Sales within the POS and Payments sector.
• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with SalesForce and Monday.com is preferred.
