This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance partner programs aimed at fostering business growth through indirect sales channels.
• Collaborate with partners, sales teams, and marketing to devise strategies, incentive programs, and enablement initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure adherence to program guidelines, and enhance partner engagement and program effectiveness.
• Evaluate the needs of direct and channel partner sales teams within a matrixed organization.
• Work in conjunction with sales, channel, marketing, product, customer success, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Create and implement channel campaigns, encompassing email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and event marketing.
• Improve processes related to channel onboarding, enablement, and compliance.
• Generate content targeted at partners and prospects that emphasizes product and Channel Program advantages.
• Design sales enablement tools, Partner Program materials, onboarding resources, and channel sales education curricula.
• Identify training needs and maintain delivery methods for various partner learning experiences.
• Establish evaluation criteria to assess the channel sales education curriculum.
• Manage the Partner Portal, which includes lead registration, opportunity tracking, commissions, and partner engagement.
• Collaborate with channel operations and IT on strategies, data/reporting, system workflows, and operational governance.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Global Channel Sales.
• Cultivate relationships with Marketing, Product Support, Global Services, Finance, Engineering, and other departments.
• Travel internationally 5–10% for internal meetings and training.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software sales and channel development with Distributors and Resellers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Experience with Salesforce.com for opportunity management, activity tracking, and reporting.
• Strong follow-up skills and a drive for success.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire and maintain this authorization throughout employment.
• Visa sponsorship or immigration support is not available.
• 5–10% international travel for internal meetings or training purposes.
