This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for the complete renewal process related to partner-managed recurring revenue (base ARR), ensuring high retention rates and predictable outcomes.
• Oversee the orchestration and execution of renewals, which includes planning cycles starting 120 days before renewal.
• Develop and maintain precise forecasts for renewals and visibility into potential risks.
• Guarantee timely completion of renewals and protection of revenue.
• Manage the self-provisioning partner portfolio.
• Foster structured governance for renewals while ensuring accountability among stakeholders.
• Implement proactive health management for partners to identify and reduce churn risks.
• Create and operationalize frameworks for assessing partner health.
• Monitor signals related to adoption, usage, and the realization of value.
• Detect early warning signs of risk and execute strategies for mitigation.
• Lead the cadence of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and governance procedures to sustain partner alignment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring they derive measurable value from Smarsh solutions.
• Propel strategies for adoption and success plans that align with partner objectives.
• Assist in transitioning legacy agreements and normalizing contracts.
• Manage escalation processes and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure consistent engagement throughout the partner lifecycle, particularly as renewals approach.
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers regarding expansion signals, pricing strategies, and overall commercial strategy.
• Work alongside the Partner Enablement Manager to ensure readiness for enablement and product adoption.
• Involve the Channel Account Manager when opportunities for expansion, pricing adjustments, or competitive risks arise.
• Maintain clear boundaries in roles to support the broader channel operating model.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles within channel partner ecosystems.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with partner renewal processes, forecasting, and retention strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a focus on execution.
