This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +23 more states.
• Act as the main contact for channel partners concerning order status, billing inquiries, commission questions, and overall program assistance.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, which includes documentation, portal access, training coordination, and internal setup activities.
• Foster positive relationships with partners to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Aid in partner communications regarding promotions, updates, and program initiatives.
• Monitor partner-submitted opportunities from order submission through to installation and billing.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as provisioning, service delivery, engineering, billing, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide proactive communication to partners about milestones, delays, and completion timelines.
• Keep precise records of opportunities, customers, contracts, and partners in Salesforce and related systems.
• Develop and sustain standard reports and dashboards for leadership and sales teams.
• Assist with user access, data cleanup, and system accuracy.
• Produce recurring reports concerning bookings, pipeline activity, partner performance, and sales achievements.
• Aid sales teams with lead-to-quote coordination and internal follow-ups.
• Analyze activity trends that could affect customer service or sales efficiency.
• Monitor partner commissions and help validate payout accuracy.
• Work with finance teams regarding payment statuses and commission inquiries.
• Keep organized records of agreements, commission schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in the planning and logistics of partner events, webinars, trade shows, and sponsorship activities.
• Help track leads and follow-up actions generated from events.
• Aid in updating partner-facing materials and internal documentation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, channel support, customer operations, or telecommunications.
• Previous experience with indirect sales channels, brokers, agents, or partner programs is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Excel, and reporting systems.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• A robust customer service mindset and capability to handle multiple priorities.
• Competence in working cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment.
