This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies throughout the DACH and Benelux regions.
• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Retail, Etail partners, and Marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.
• Improve the complete shopper experience in both physical and digital settings.
• Formulate and execute integrated business and brand strategies that align with regional growth objectives.
• Design and implement comprehensive channel marketing programs that drive sales and market share.
• Launch impactful shopper marketing initiatives including promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
• Establish and apply Perfect Store / Perfect Shelf standards.
• Create integrated 360° campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
• Manage agencies with well-defined, performance-focused KPIs.
• Provide support for trade shows, partner events, and sales enablement activities.
• Oversee MDF budgets and promotional investments while ensuring a strong ROI discipline.
• Monitor and enhance key KPIs: Sell-out performance, Market share, Distribution & visibility, and Digital performance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
• Must possess technical literacy and have a minimum of 8 years of business experience.
• Prior involvement in marketing-focused projects is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Consumer/Technology brands is preferred.
• Ability to comprehend Flash technology.
• Strong understanding of market research methods.
• Solid knowledge of business plan and marketing plan frameworks.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
• Capability to conduct effective Internet/Intranet searches.
• Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written).
• Native German speaker.
• Ability to articulate and present effectively in both individual and group contexts.
