This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design and implement comprehensive partner marketing campaigns.
• Oversee co-marketing efforts with distributors, resellers, and strategic allies.
• Assist in partner enablement by providing marketing materials and campaign toolkits.
• Organize webinars, events, digital marketing initiatives, and content syndication activities.
• Propel lead generation strategies across partner channels.
• Establish and enhance MQL and SQL qualification standards.
• Administer lead nurturing and marketing automation processes.
• Guarantee seamless lead routing and handoff procedures between Marketing, Sales, and Partners.
• Evaluate pipeline contributions and campaign return on investment.
• Maintain and refine marketing automation workflows within HubSpot.
• Assist with CRM data quality, segmentation, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations on lead scoring and lifecycle oversight.
• Ensure precise campaign attribution and funnel analysis.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and conversion statistics.
• Analyze the performance of the MQL → SQL → Opportunity funnel.
• Create dashboards and executive summaries.
• Recognize optimization possibilities to enhance partner engagement and pipeline development.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Channel Marketing, Demand Generation, or B2B Marketing.
• Experience collaborating with indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of marketing automation and CRM workflows.
• Practical experience with HubSpot.
• Knowledge of lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting methodologies.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.
• Analytical and data-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
