This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a detailed channel marketing strategy that aligns with the company's revenue objectives and partner tier classifications.
• Establish and oversee co-marketing initiatives with major channel partners, which may include joint campaigns, webinars, and field events.
• Oversee the assigned channel marketing budget and manage the entire MDF process — from planning and execution to tracking and reporting ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales team to produce partner enablement resources such as battle cards, case studies, and solution briefs that enhance deal velocity.
• Organize and execute partner-centric events, executive roundtables, and ensure presence at both regional and national industry conferences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on channel marketing KPIs, including partner-sourced pipeline, MDF utilization, and revenue attributed to marketing efforts.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and event partners.
• Assist in the onboarding and activation of new partners.
• Act as the marketing point of contact and planning partner for Netrio’s most significant partners.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to channel or partner marketing in the IT/technology industry.
• Demonstrated experience working in an MSP, VAR, or technology vendor setting.
• Proficient in managing MDF programs, co-op funds, and partner portal platforms.
• Strong proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
• Exceptional project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple programs concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong communicator with experience in presenting to executive stakeholders, vendor partners, and external audiences.
• Willingness and capability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 30% travel required for events.
