This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement paid search strategies for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Oversee the structure of campaigns, bidding strategies, budget distribution, keyword development, match type management, and optimization of quality scores.
• Manage affiliate and aggregator partnerships, focusing on performance tracking, relationship building, partner development, and commercial negotiations.
• Assess channel performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
• Design and conduct channel experiments, including bidding trials, landing page optimization projects, audience segmentation tactics, and partner placement assessments.
• Keep a close watch on campaign performance and detect anomalies across critical performance metrics such as conversion rates, acquisition costs, impression shares, lead quality, and attribution.
• Collaborate closely with analytics teams to guarantee accuracy in tracking and ensure data integrity.
• Generate monthly and quarterly reviews of channel performance, forecasts, and strategic suggestions.
• Work together with creative and content teams to enhance messaging, landing pages, and channel-specific assets.
• Play a role in wider acquisition planning and initiatives for channel diversification.
• 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing with direct involvement in managing both paid search and affiliate or aggregator channels.
• Practical experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven experience in managing affiliate marketing programs, partnerships, or lead generation channels.
• Background in working with affiliate, partnership, referral, or aggregator-based acquisition channels.
• Knowledge of affiliate platforms like Impact, Commission Junction, or similar systems.
• Experience with value-based bidding strategies, including target ROAS and target CPA models.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify performance trends across campaigns and channels.
• Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, or comparable analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with BI and reporting tools like Looker is advantageous.
• Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and business priorities at once.
• Experience in multi-brand acquisition.
• Preferred experience in insurance, financial services, fintech, lead-generation businesses, or other high-CPC industries.
