Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with current Tebra partners to ensure ongoing growth and success.

• Discover and secure new partnership opportunities that align with Tebra’s strategic vision and drive business expansion.

• Monetize existing partnerships and explore innovative strategies to unlock additional revenue sources.

• Design and execute go-to-market strategies with partners, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate across various teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to align objectives and achieve success.

• Comprehend and document technical requirements to facilitate successful partner integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales and/or partnership development, with a preference for direct channel sales experience.

• Experience in the healthcare SaaS or technology sector is preferred.

• Capability to manage the partner process, encompassing invoicing, reporting, portal engagement, and marketing initiatives.

• Knowledge of developing partner strategies.

• Proven track record of managing a revenue quota, forecasting, and pipeline oversight.

• A natural problem solver with a constant pursuit of more efficient methods.

• Strong business acumen.

• Enthusiastic about building and nurturing robust relationships with company partners.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across functions.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• Experience using Outreach as a sales engagement platform is preferred.
