This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Full responsibility for channel sales through the strategic enhancement of existing channel partners and the management of all related accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities.
• Identifying and acquiring new channel partners within the designated region.
• Foster an exceptional customer experience that distinguishes us from our competitors.
• Overseeing the management and development of the channel while ensuring compliance with metrics/KPIs for a high-volume sales environment, including monitoring and executing the sales plan quarterly.
• Guarantee complete alignment of the channel partner strategy with the Sales Director DACH.
• Mentor, train, and develop channel partners to achieve mutual success and profitable customer growth, enhancing opportunity flow.
• Maintain regular communication and conduct onsite visits with channel partners and customers (averaging 2-4 times per week).
• Collaborate with AAEON Europe marketing to define and implement marketing campaigns and activities for channel partners, as well as support local events when necessary.
• Prepare sales budgets, accurate forecasts, goals, performance standards, and measurement criteria.
• Continuously relay gathered product feedback and market insights from Channel Partners to AAEON Europe Product Management.
• Manage all relevant activities as required.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in channel management, sales, or account management within the embedded computing or industrial automation sectors.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering is preferred.
• Technical and sales certifications are advantageous.
• Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing objectives.
• Proven success in sales within high-volume, fast-paced environments that demand teamwork, adaptability, and change management.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and make decisions, as the role is home-office based.
• A strong desire and aptitude for working with new technologies and navigating challenging demands.
• Proficient PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Fluent in both German and English.
