This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist channel partners by providing support for software licensing and professional services opportunities through the preparation of quotes, answering pricing inquiries, and aiding in proposal development.
• Create software sales quotes, professional services quotes, and conduct margin analyses to bolster channel sales initiatives and ensure profitable transactions.
• Evaluate software licensing needs, vendor pricing schemes, and Professional Services Statements of Work (SOWs) to verify transaction precision and readiness for processing.
• Prepare and verify sales orders, purchase orders, pricing documentation, and other essential materials before submission for order processing.
• Oversee and track partner and client purchase orders throughout fulfillment, actively managing communications and resolving issues until delivery is finalized.
• Stay informed about manufacturer products, pricing programs, licensing models, promotions, and updates from vendors.
• Facilitate channel communications and partner engagement initiatives, including product updates, scheduling meetings, outreach efforts, and sales support activities.
• Aid in tracking Professional Services projects, managing client onboarding and offboarding tasks, and coordinating MetaStor implementation-related administrative needs.
• Maintain channel partner portals, sales support documentation, CRM records, and operational reporting while keeping management updated on channel partner and direct client activities.
• Over 3 years of experience in channel sales support, software licensing, sales operations, deal desk, vendor management, partner operations, or similar commercial support roles.
• Proven experience in supporting software licensing transactions, technology solutions, managed services, or professional services sales.
• Familiarity with software licensing programs, subscription models, vendor pricing frameworks, and channel partner ecosystems.
• Proficient in preparing quotes, managing pricing inquiries, coordinating order administration, and facilitating sales processes.
• Excellent organizational skills capable of handling multiple partner requests, projects, and priorities concurrently.
• Proficient with NetSuite ERP, CRM (HubSpot), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively assist channel partners, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proven attention to detail and dedication to accuracy in pricing, quoting, documentation, and order preparation.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in supporting enterprise software, document management, content services, workflow automation, or information management solutions.
• Knowledge of software publishers, channel distribution models, and professional services delivery environments.
• Experience in reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), coordinating project administration tasks, and aiding onboarding or implementation processes.
• Understanding of margin analysis, pricing models, and vendor incentive programs.
