This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.
• Cultivate, manage, and enhance robust relationships with distribution partners
• Inspire, motivate, and guide distributor sales agents to implement strategic priorities
• Evaluate partner capabilities, identify performance gaps, and carry out development plans
• Lead collaborative business planning, encompassing forecasting, territory coverage, and market expansion
• Propel sales through partnerships by offering strategic direction and continuous commercial support
• Ensure distributors are thoroughly equipped with product knowledge and selling tools
• Monitor and analyze sales performance along with market trends
• Develop in-depth expertise in the ultrasound product portfolio and customer segments
• Maintain awareness of territory dynamics and healthcare market trends
• Convert market insights into actionable strategies
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, service, and finance teams
• Relay feedback from the field to support product improvements and marketing campaigns
• Operate within established commercial frameworks while exercising sound judgment
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience)
• Must reside within the territory (MN, IA, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues
• Capability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
